Peachy Fox review – my new favourite skincare products

Sharing is caring!

I recently got the opportunity to work with a new skincare brand called Peachy Fox. I chose 3 of the brand’s products and all that Peachy Fox asked of me was that I left an honest review for each product on Amazon. However, I liked the products so much that I decided to write a blog post about them as I think they are products you guys should know about.

British and stylish

Peachy Fox are a London skincare brand. Their packaging is stylish. I love their logo of a fox picking a peach from a tree. When you buy from Peachy Fox you are supporting a small British brand that both designs and manufactures in Britain.

Natural and cruelty free

I’m currently breastfeeding and have small children so it’s really important to me to try and use products that are natural and don’t have harsh chemicals wherever possible. All Peachy Fox products are ethically sourced and made using natural and organic ingredients. They use no parabens, sulfates, colours or petroleum.

Additionally, I try to only buy from brands that are cruelty free. In 2017 I don’t see any justifiable reason why corporations should be testing products on animals. It’s just wrong! Now, to try and find natural, non-toxic, effective, affordable and cruelty free brands makes my purchasing much more difficult! I think that’s one of the reasons why I’m so stoked to find Peachy Fox because their products are all of the things I look for in my skincare products.

Affordable

All of the Peachy Fox products available in their catalogue range from £12.97-£13.99. For natural, cruelty free and effective products, I think thats good value for money.

Effective

I’ve been really disappointed more times than I care to count by natural skincare products in the past. Often, they just don’t seem to work as well as those with chemicals. So when I find ones that do I’m overjoyed and loyal. Peachy Fox are going to be a brand I’m loyal to and I’m so happy to have found them.

Convenient to buy

I don’t know about you but as a busy working mother of two, I shop on Amazon a lot for ease. All Peachy Fox products are available with free next day shipping on Amazon Prime. That makes it so much easier for me to buy them at the click of a button.

Money back guarantee

If you aren’t satisfied with their products they even offer a 100% money back guarantee!

Marine Collagen Eye Gel

The first product of Peachy Fox’s that I tried was their Marine Collagen Eye Gel. My expectations were low – due to previous let-downs by organic products but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the product good but I would go so far as to say its the best under-eye cream I’ve ever used. And given both of my kids are shocking sleepers, my under eyes need all the help they can get.

As the name suggests, its a gel and you dab it under your eye – not rubbing it in. You can literally feel it tightening your skin as it tingles ever so slightly. When I scrunch up my eyes before it has dried my eye bags crease into position – eek. When it has dried (which does take longer than a traditional type moisturiser) that doesn’t happen anymore. My under eye area feels less puffy when I’m using it and its a product I would buy again. This is my favourite of the Peachy Fox products I have tried.

Aloe Retinol Serum

Like the Marine Collagen Eye Gel, this is a gel like formula that you dab on the skin. The marine collagen is meant to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles – but personally, I don’t think there is anything wrong with ageing skin and just really liked it as a skin primer for under my make up. It has some really lovely ingredients like argan oil, aloe vera, avocado oil and lavender essential oil which gives it a beautiful smell.

Collagen Retinol Moisturiser

Unlike the two gel products above, this moisturiser is a cream, like you would expect from a traditional daily moisturiser. Again, all organic. It reasonably thick and you could quite easily use it as a night cream. It has no fragrance at all. Unlike the two gel products this dries immediately. The drawback of this moisturiser for me is that it doesn’t have an SPF. I’m really hoping Peachy Fox bring out a moisturiser with an SPF as that’s something that’s non negotiable for me in a daytime moisturiser these days.

All in all

I’m not one to recommend brands and products lightly, but Peachy Fox are a brand I’m really excited about. If like me, cruelty free and organic non-toxic products are important to you, then Peachy Fox is a brand that should be on your radar. Next on my list to try is their Dead Sea Mud Mask. I’m really excited to see where this brand goes next and really hope it’s into SPF products!
